jay777 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with internationally accepted anti-money laundering standards. As part of this process, you may be required to submit:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months, displaying your full name and address.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 BDT. All withdrawal requests are subject to verification. jay777 will process approved withdrawals within a commercially reasonable timeframe; however, the exact processing time depends on the payment method selected and may be subject to additional checks for large amounts.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed all applicable bonus wagering requirements for any bonuses credited to your account. jay777 reserves the right to request proof of identity before releasing any withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.

• jay777 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in your name.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing only.

All content on the jay777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of jay777 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the Platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game content.
• Use the jay777 brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express written authorisation.
